3.2 Limits & Timeframes

3.3 Deposit Rules
Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
3.4 Withdrawal Process

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
- If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
- jet9a reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account closure.
4.4 Other Promotions

Gaming Rules & Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
